1] The petitioners by this petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking following relief:- "B) By issue of appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent be directed to publish the result of Trade Test conducted on 01.12.2015 at Govt. Polytechnic, Nagpur in pursuance to the advertisement issued on 20-26th December 2014 for the post of Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya under Pune

WP 12764/16 - 2 - Region, within stipulated period."

2] The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 submits on instructions that he will take appropriate instructions and find out the correct position.

3] We are of the view that the matter need not be detained any further and we direct the concerned officers of the respondent no.1 that if results are not declared, the same shall be done after examining whether the procedure has been followed or not, and then declare the results within four weeks. The petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
