It is submitted that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is still pending. The petitioner has been issued provisional admission as per the order dated 5th December, 2018.

The Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate within a period of 30 days from today. It is made clear that the admission of the petitioner would be subject to the decision of the Sub Divisional Officer in an application for tribe certificate.
