We are not convinced to recall our order dated 30th November, 2018. However, learned A.G.P. submits that the Committee constituted by the Central Government is supposed to visit Aurangabad district on 5th December, 2018 and the Collector's presence is necessary before the

14632.18CA Committee, in that view of the matter, the District Collector, Aurangabad is exempted from personally appearing before this Court on 5th December, 2018.

With the above observations, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
