There is a dispute about possession of the land, which is subject matter of this petition. The petition raises disputed questions of facts. Learned A.G.P. has tendered across the bar reply. Same is taken on record. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, the petitioner can invoke jurisdiction of the Civil Court to adjudicate the disputed questions of facts.
