In delay condonation application, for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay of 78 days caused in filing the appeal, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

In application filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the appellants prays for stay to the impugned award. In view of the same, there shall be ad-interim stay to the award passed by the Tribunal subject to condition of deposit of entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of eight weeks from today.
