The applicant/original petitioner prays for condonation of delay of 27 days and further prays that the order of this Court dated 25/09/2017, be recalled and after removal of all office objections, the petition can be restored. Learned counsel on behalf of the nonapplicants submits that the reasons cited are not sufficient and the application be rejected.

Considering the above, and taking into account the causes mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The delay being a minor period, is condoned without imposition of costs. If the petitioner removes all office objections on/or before

12/01/2018, the Writ Petition shall be restored to the stage at which it was dismissed, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order dated 25/09/2017, shall stand restored with effect from 15/01/2018.
