DATED : 06 DECEMBER 2024 PER COURT :- After hearing learned advocate for the petitioners and that of the respondent-bank, though we had expressly declined to entertain the writ petition, in the light of the remedy available to the petitioners to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), it seems that on our request, the parties have indulged in deliberations and the petitioners have undertaken to deposit 15% amount of the demand notice during the course of day or else is ready to surrender the possession and the respondents are agreeable to such arrangement, as is being stated by their learned advocates.

In the light of such mutual arrangement, the writ petition is disposed of.
