Mr. Dande, the learned counsel opposes the application for withdrawal of the amount deposited under the award on the ground that Reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation in favour of the applicants.

Considering the award passed, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% on submitting undertaking to this court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the said amount, the applicants would deposit the same within one month. The applicants are further allowed to withdraw 75% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security for the like amount. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
