Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are similarly situated like the petitioners in Writ Petition No.2265/2014. Therefore, in the aforesaid background, he placed reliance upon the order passed by this Court on 12.03.2014 in Writ Petition No.2265/2014 (Sharad Sitaram Ghongade and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and Writ

13959.18WP Petition No.2278/2014 (Keshav Kashinath Nagre and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others). In the light of reasons recorded in order dated 12.3.2014 in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, we dispose of this Writ Petition with direction to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the Representation of the petitioners, if already not decided in the light of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6400/2005 (Shivaji Jairam Kadam Vs. The State of Maharashtra), as expeditiously s possible, and preferably within eight weeks from the receipt of the order passed by this Court.
