The learned advocate for the applicant points out that in Civil Application No. 6883/2019 in First Appeal (Stamp) No. 25601/2013 by the order dated 19.06.2019, arising out of the same award the claimant therein has been allowed to withdraw 70 % of the amount deposited in this Court. Subsequently in Civil Application No. 13825/2019 in First Appeal No. 3240/2019 by the order dated 03.12.2019 some more claimants have been allowed to withdraw 70% of the amount and same order may be passed. 3.

The request is innocuous since all these matters arise from same award, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 70 % of the amount deposited in this Court by furnishing undertaking in usual terms. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
