VERSUS

THE DIVISIONAL CONTROLLER, M.S.R.T.C. NANDED ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. G.V. Mohekar h/f Mr. Shinde Ashish B. ...

CORAM : ROHIT B. DEO, J.

Date: February 10, 2020 ...

PER COURT :- I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. The orders impugned which reject the interim relief in Complaints preferred by the petitioners, challenging the transfer orders were passed on 7.10.2019. The petitions are filed in November, 2019 and are circulated for obtaining urgent orders after more than 2 1⁄2 months.

Even otherwise, a finding of fact is recorded by the Industrial Court that prima facie, the employees, who are conductors have not shown that their transfers from one depot to the other are actuated by malafides.

The petitions are dismissed.
