The petitioner has filed application for transfer of the proceedings of LAR No.431/2012 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chalisgaon to any other court. The application filed by the petitioner before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon was rejected on the ground that the reasons given by the applicant are vague and based on the apprehensions of the applicant that merely because in some other matters costs was imposed, it would not mean that the Judge would act prejudicial to the interest of the applicant herein. I see no reason to interfere in the impugned order. 3.
