Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents no. 1 to 4 states that alternate remedy in the form of a revision pursuant to decision of this court as well as supreme court is available to petitioner and, as such, writ petition may not be entertained. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner purports to make certain submissions, however, is not able to overcome the submission by learned Assistant Government Pleader about alternate remedy being available.

Writ petition, as such, is not being entertained, leaving it open for petitioner to avail of alternate remedy as contended by respondents.

Needless to refer to that period consumed in prosecution of writ petition shall receive its due if it comes to consideration of condonation of delay in availing of alternate remedy.
