The only request put forth by the petitioner, who has already been transferred very recently on the ground of "couple convenience", is that her representation dated 3.10.2022 seeking posting at 'Kandhar' instead of 'Bhokar', may be considered. 2.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, Nanded submits that, the petitioner can take advantage of the couple convenience transfer once in three years. She submits that, the representation would be considered strictly in accordance with rules and aaa/-
