ORDER :- 1.

By this application, the applicant-Insurance Company seeks to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal. 2.

Notice of this application is served upon the respondents. 3.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate appearing for the applicant would submit that, the delay has been caused on account of the administrative reasons as well as the procedural aspects. He would further point out that the arithmetical error had occurred in the judgment passed by the Tribunal. Hence, the application was made at exhibit 62 for correction of such error. The Tribunal allowed the said application and carried the corrections. Thereafter, certified copy was made available aaa/-

CA 151.23.odt to the applicant on 7.9.2022. Therefore, practically, there is no delay in filing the appeal.
