Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking the relief directing the respondent no.2 to complete the inquiry as per the order of this Court dated 28.11.2023. This Court had granted time to respondent no.2 to complete the inquiry on or before 30.09.2024. However, they did not. 3.

Learned AGP appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that recently, the vigilance report has been received and the proceeding would be completed within two months from today. The petitioner is satisfied with the statement of the learned AGP for and on behalf of respondent no.2.

Hence, we dispose of this writ petition granting a last opportunity to the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within two months from today.
