Shri G.J.Kore, advocate holding for Shri MBW Khan, learned counsel waives notice for respondent. 3] Vide order, dated 21.10.2015 passed in Criminal Revision Application NO. 283 of 2014 petitioner was put to condition that he shall deposit additional amount of Rs.One Lakh in this court. 4] Accordingly an amount of Rs. One Lakh has been deposited by the petitioner on 15.12.2015.
