Learned counsel submits that after disposal of the claim till this date the applicants have not received any amount towards compensation and they have no independent source of income as such.

Considering the above submissions and the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.20.00 lacs (Twenty lacs) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 4.
