Mr. Hon, learned Senior Counsel submits that Petitioner Sangh has filed an application with the Director of Marketing, seeking permission/no objection certificate in respect of the sale of the part of their property. The said application is pending since 7th November 2015 however no decision has been taken on it as yet. The learned Senior Counsel further submits that earlier to that, the District Deputy Registrar has forwarded the proposal to the Director of Marketing on 30th July 2014 with regard to the sale of the part of the property of the Petitioner Sangh through public auction. However, no decision

is taken as yet on the same.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

Considering the fact that said applications/proposals are pending since long, we pass following order:

Director of Marketing shall decide the proposal (Exhibit E Page 23) and the subsequent application given by the Petitioner (Exhibit M) expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within FOUR WEEKS and communicate the orders passed on the same to the Petitioner. Depending upon the decision given by the Director of Marketing, the Sub Registrar Grade-I, Yawal, shall take further steps.

6. Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
