The petitioner's proposal is pending with respondent No.2/scrutiny committee for validation of his tribe certificate. He has been appointed with a condition to have a certificate of validity within three months. The period is over. The proposal is pending since 05/08/2024.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the petitioner's proposal would be decided within a period of sixteen weeks.
