We have heard Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel for the petitioners. According to the learned counsel, the objection has been raised by the petitioners and the same is pending with the competent authority. 2.

Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel on instructions of the competent authority submits that the competent authority would take decision upon the objection filed by the petitioners and till the decision taken on the objection filed by the petitioners, the amount would not be disbursed to any party.

Parties can raise all their points before the competent authority.
