Already the writ petition was dismissed by operation of the order dated 14.12.2021. By the order dated 19.10.2022 it was restored subject to the conditions that the office objections would be removed by the petitioner within four weeks. Since the objections have not been removed, the office has treated that the writ petition has not been restored. By way of this application again the same request is repeated. 4.

The Criminal Application is dismissed.
