1] The applicants - claimants have preferred this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent in terms of judgment and decree dated 7.1.2019 passed in First Appeal No.776/2004.

2] As per ofce report, amount of Rs.81,416/- has been deposited by respondent on 13.6.2019.

3] Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to allow the application. 4] In view of disposal of appeal and the amount being deposited, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Registry is directed to pay the amount with interest, if any accrued, to the applicants in equal proportion by transferring the amount in their respective savings accounts as per the particulars to be furnished by the applicants.
