This application for condonation of delay of 2321 days in filing the first appeal.

Learned advocates for acquiring body and learned AGP for State vehemently opposed the application, stating that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned on condition that claimants shall not be entitled to claim interest for the period of delay. 4.
