The learned counsel appearing for both the parties jointly made a statement that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. On 03.08.2022 both the parties have filed pursis Exh.37 before the trial Court in PER No.138 of 2018. Accordingly, on 03.08.2022, the learned trial Court disposed off the said proceeding. Therefore, cause of action in the present revision application does not survive. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
