Heard Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the learned Labour Court, Aurangabad in IDA Application No.48 of 2014.

Mr. Nagargoje submits that the reference of respondents herein was made under Section 10 of the Industrial Dispute Act. After receipt of notice, respondent filed statement of claim and petitioner filed written statement thereon.

After going through the record it transpires that after filing written submission though the petitioner appeared in the matter and written statement was filed, the petitioners have not argued the matter though the matter was kept for arguments for a reasonable period. After considering the record, the learned Labour Court allowed the IDA application partly directing the petitioner to pay a salary of three months of Rs.36,000/-.

Considering the record which was placed on record by respondent, the learned Labour Court considered the same and after considering the evidence, the IDA application came to be partly allowed.

Therefore, considering the above, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the learned Labour Court, Aurangabad in IDA Application No.48 of 2014. 7.
