Learned Advocate for the applicants is submitting that he has come to know that applicant No.1 has expired. He is not giving the date and states that his briefing Advocate has not informed him about the same.

It is to be noted that he has filed the present application on 1.11.2017 and had not even taken it for circulation. So also he is not giving the date as to when applicant No.1 has expired.

As a last chance, he should take steps on or before 1st September, 2021. If he fails to take the steps, the application would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
