The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for deciding his claim/proposal dated 13.12.2007 to have the benefit of Government Resolutions issued from time to time in the form of Rehabilitation Grant.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are directed to take appropriate decision/pass appropriate order on application dated 13.12.2007 (Exhibit E).

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application (Exhibit E), as expeditiously as possible and in any event within sixteen weeks.
