1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents.

2] It is the contention of the learned counsel for respondent no. 3 that no sufficient reasons are given for condoning the delay. If this Court comes to the conclusion that, the delay should be condoned, in that case, the interest may not be given for delayed period.

3467.18CA 3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, delay is condoned. The applicant shall not claim interest for delayed period.

4] Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.
