The grievance of the petitioners is that their representation dated 17.07.2023 is pending before respondent no.3/Commissioner for difference of pay and the requisite pay scale. It would be suffice to direct the respondent no.3/Commissioner to decide the representation in accordance with law and on its merits. 3.
