Learned Advocate Shri Tripathi holding for Adv. Shri Ghute-Patil for the applicant, submits that he has instructions for withdrawal of the main proceeding i.e. Criminal Application No. 4115

2 Cri.Appln. No. 6512/2017+1 of 2017 which is dismissed for default. He submits that the Counsel, who was representing applicant Archana Vinod Gangane in that matter, takes blame to himself as he did not take steps for complying the office note. He was not remaining present on the dates fixed when the matter was called out and he has not complied the office note. The main proceeding was filed for the relief of quashing of the first information report. In view of the statement now made, the Criminal Application No. 6512 of 2017 which is filed for restoration is allowed and the main matter i.e. Criminal Application No. 4115 of 2017 stands restored to the original position. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the main matter-Criminal Application No. 4115 of 2017. Criminal Application No. 4115 of 2017 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
