The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to correct the prayer clause as the proceeding before the lower court is pending before learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sinner. Leave is granted.

The learned counsel for the respondent has filed reply and has not opposed the present application filed for transfer of the petition. In view of the same, the MCA is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.

On such transfer being made, the concerned Trial Court to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
