This Contempt Petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 26.03.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3169 of 2024, by which Tahsildar was directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 120 days and on its own merits. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the order has been complied with. She placed on record copy of the communication issued by the concerned Tahsildar. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
