Heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. It appears that on the basis of his application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. the FIR has been lodged. Now it is the contention of the petitioner that the Investigating Officer has not given any information regarding the stage of investigation and has also not filed the charge-sheet. 2.

We have gone through the FIR. We reserve our right to comment upon the same. However, when the order was given by learned magistrate under Section 156(3), the petitioner can approach the same Magistrate for any other relief also. Case is not made out for exercising alleged constitutional rights.
