2] It is the contention of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the proposal forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Nanded Division, is kept pending by the said authority from 6th March, 2014.

2 21-wp12311-15.odt 3] In that view of the matter, we direct respondent no.3 to take a decision on merit, on the said proposal keeping in view the recommendations made by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Nanded so also the relevant rules and policy of the State Government, as expeditiously as possible, however within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the decision to respondent nos.5 and 6.

4] The petition stands disposed of on the above terms.
