On 07/09/2016, this court had passed the following order :- "1. The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has submitted an affidavit in reply and contends that the enquiry against the petitioner as per the impugned order has already been conducted and concluded. A copy of the enquiry report is placed on record.

2. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that considering the above, he may take instructions from the petitioner as to whether, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition or proceed as against the impugned order.

3. Stand over to 14.09.2016 for making a statement. The matter to appear in the supplementary board."

Mr.Kudale, learned Advocate submits on instructions from the petitioner that since respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have stated on oath khs/SEPT.2016/55-d

that they have conducted an enquiry against him, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and challenge the enquiry before the appropriate forum.
