ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in both these applications are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation which are deposited by the appellant - Acquiring Body. This Court, vide order dated 18th April 2022, has already permitted the applicants in other connected matter to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. In view of the same, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw their respective amounts alongwith the accrued interest i.e. 50%, on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety / security before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, The remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till final disposal of the appeals.

The applicants are accordingly disposed of.
