The learned counsel for Applicant submits that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are avoiding the service of notice and in view of the same, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 may be served in terms of the provisions of Order V Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure by affixing the notice on the conspicuous part of the office of the company. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
