According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the proposal is submitted in the year 2013, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners. The same is not yet decided. There were some queries raised. The same were replied. The deficiencies were complied. Thereafter, the Project Officer has referred the same to the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development on 14.10.2016, however, the same is not yet decided. 3.

We have also heard learned A.G.P.

No.3 then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six
