The gratuity amount of the Petitioner has not been paid by Respondent No.1/Sugar Factory, which is in liquidation. 2.

The notice issued by the Controlling Authority, dated 06/09/2018, is under Rule 17 of the Rules framed under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

We are informed that, after the Controlling Authority delivered it's judgment, the Sugar factory has not challenged the same before the Appellate Authority and the judgment is rendered final.

We grant liberty to the Petitioner to move the appropriate Authority for seeking a Revenue Recovery Certificate (RRC), so as to be executed by the concerned Authority. 5.

With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
