DATED : 7th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- There is an innocuous prayers in the petition in as much as petitioner has sought directions to respondent No. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Latur, to decide proposal dated 30-04-2015 thereby seeking to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak in respondent No. 4 - School.

We direct respondent No. 2 to take decision on said proposal, if already not taken, on its own merits, in accordance with law and relevant procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner and respondents No. 3 and 4. No costs. 3.
