By this Application, the Applicants pray for modification of direction to furnish security to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court instead of Registrar of the Reference Court, as per order dated 21st February, 2019.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 has opposed the said prayer.

Admittedly, in the connected matters, similar prayer made by the Applicants therein is allowed by order dated 4th July, 2025
