I do not fnd any substance in this Civil Revision Application.

After the plaintiff's evidence is over, defendant no.l has fled an application on 4.5.2019 before the Waqf Tribunal, Aurangabad requesting therein that the Wakf Suit No.14 of 2015 be transferred to Aurangabad branch as the same is convenient for the Advocate representing the defendant no.1. The petitioner original defendant no.1 is the Grampanchayat of village Dadh (Bk), District Ahmednagar. Till this date matter aaa/-

CRA 210.2019.odt was being conducted in the Camp at Ahmednagar. There is no reason to see convenience of the counsel and give the directions to conduct the matter at Aurangabad. The learned Presiding Offcer of the Waqf Tribunal has rejected the said application. I fnd no reason to consider this Civil Revision Application. Civil Revision Application is hereby dismissed.
