PER COURT:- 1.

By this application, the applicant/original respondent no.2-Insurance Company seeks rectification in the inadvertent mistake that has been caused while making calculation. 2.

Mr. Ambhore, learned Advocate appearing for the Insurance Company invites attention of this Court to the calculation demonstrated in paragraph no.23 of the judgment. He points out that the error apparent on the face of record has been occurred while giving effect to the earlier observation in the order. He provided the correct calculations at page no.8 in paragraph no.10 of this application.

The learned Advocate appearing for the appellant/original claimants have no objection to carry out corrections as shown in paragraph no.10 of this application.

In that view of the matter, the chart of the calculation appearing in paragraph no.23 of the judgment be replaced by the chart of calculation shown in the paragraph no.10 of the Civil Application.

In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed. Delay caused in filing this application is condoned in the aforesaid terms.

Civil Application is disposed of.
