Present application has been filed for getting delay of 1433 days condoned and setting aside order passed by learned Registrar on 25.11.2014 for refusing to register the First Appeal, in the event of failure to remove office objections.

Heard both sides. For the reasons given in para Nos.3 and 4 the application stands allowed, mainly on the consideration, that the claimant is an agriculturist coming from rural area. Delay is condoned. Since the claimant is ready to remove the office objections, the

CA_2636_2019 order passed by learned Registrar on 25.11.2014 is hereby set aside. Applicant to remove office objections within four weeks. It is clarified that if in case of failure on the part of the applicant to remove the office objections within the aforesaid period, it shall be treated that the registration is refused automatically, without reference to the Court. If the above objections are removed within the aforesaid period, Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for further consideration on 22.08.2019. ( Smt.
