Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent no.1. Learned Counsel Mr. Aghav waives service of notice for respondent nos. 2 to 4. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by incorrect date of seniority which is reflected from the provisional seniority list prepared by the respondent no.4/Block Education Officer. Previously also when incorrect date was mentioned, the petitioner was required to approach this Court and solicit the orders on 21.04.2022. In pursuance of those orders, the correction was made which is reflected in the order dated 09.06.2022 and corrected date was recorded to be 24.12.2005. While preparing provisional seniority list, the date of seniority of the petitioner is recorded to be 06.06.2017.

2 940.WP-13629-2024.doc Against this, the petitioner submitted objections on 03.09.2024 and 22.11.2024 to the respondent no.3/Education Officer. Those objections are yet to be decided.

In view of this position, the respondent no.3 who is seized of the objections of the petitioner, can be directed to decide those objections within specified time.
