The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the pensionary benefits are not accorded to the petitioner. His earlier service before being brought on regular establishment has to be counted half. The same has also not been done. The petitioner has given representation dated 02.05.2017 (Exhibit - C). The same is not considered.

Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

2 wp 14922.17 issue is covered as per judgments of this Court in various matters such as Writ Petition No. 3061 of 2014 under order dated 29.09.2014.

As the representation is already pending, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon the said representation on its own merits, after verifying the factual matrix and considering the law laid down by this Court and as may be pointed out by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
