Mr Jadhavar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the application for issuance of tribe certificate to the petitioners of "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending with respondent No. 2 since November, 2018. The same is not decided.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader. 3.

In case the application is filed by petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate and the same is pending with respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance. 4.

The petitioners shall appear before the respondent No. 2 on 11th February, 2019.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
