The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Commissioner for State Excise against the order of the Collector, Nanded thereby refusing request of the petitioner for transfer of liquor license. Said appeal is not yet decided.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The appeal it seems has been filed on 24.03.2018. The Commissioner for State Excise shall decide the appeal filed by
