Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that they were made to believe that they would be paid the rate as was paid to some other individual before executing the sale deed by way of private negotiations, however, commitment has not been obeyed. They are now claiming the rate that was agreed upon.

When we expressed our dis-inclination to consider the claim on merits inasmuch as it is a matter of execution of a sale deed specifically stipulating the amount of consideration, the learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if in accordance with the alternate relief being claimed, the respondents are directed to consider their representation Exhibit - E.

We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondents to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation dated 23-02-2022 as expeditiously as possible.
